We also offer gluten-free and vegan options so everyone can join the meal. Our sauces are free from hidden ingredients. The open counter spot lets you watch the pasta shape under skilled hands. Whether you dine here, pack a box to go, or bring your own drink, you make every bowl yourself. Every visit reminds me why I opened these doors.

Ever since my grandmother shared her dough recipe, I knew pasta could bring people together. I opened this kitchen so locals and visitors could build their own bowls with fresh pasta, sauces, and toppings made daily. Every sauce is gluten free and we offer vegan options so anyone can enjoy. I love watching the pasta roll and cook at our open counter. Pull up a chair inside or on the patio, BYOB and savor your creation. Our takeout containers let you carry a bowl to the boardwalk or home.
